A charter fishing captain texted this photo to ABC News just minutes ago of what looks like an oil slick he saw 2 miles east-southeast of Baptiste Collette, Louisiana. NOLA.com reports that Kurt Fromherz, a spokesman for Parish President Billy Nungesser, said “In all likelihood, it’s from the BP spill, but we don’t know for sure.” Parish officials are investigating.
